What can I discuss in a ₹3,000 session?
One major property decision: flat or plot, which two or three areas to focus on, a high-level comparison of up to two or three shortlisted options, a price sanity check, or the red flags in a purchase plan you already have.
What do I get after the session?
A one-page written decision summary within 3 days: your goal, the options discussed, the reasoning, open risks, documents to obtain and the suggested next step.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations within 6 hours of the start time, or missed sessions, are not refundable.
Will Abhinav tell me which builder or plot to buy?
He will help you judge options against your goals and point out risks and missing evidence. He won't push a project, and he has no commission riding on your choice. A session can end with 'wait' or 'walk away'.
Is the session a legal title check or a valuation?
No. It's decision advice. Title opinions need an independent property lawyer and formal valuations need a valuer. We'll tell you which documents to get and what to ask them.
Do you meet in person or visit sites?
Sessions are on video by default, which works for buyers in Bengaluru, in other cities and abroad. Site visits are not part of the ₹3,000 session.
