Cancellation & refund policy

• Fee: The Buyer Clarity Session costs ₹3,000 for 60 minutes, including the one-page written summary.
• Full refund: Cancel at least 6 hours before your scheduled start time and we'll refund the full amount to the original payment method.
• Late cancellation or no-show: Cancellations within 6 hours of the start time, and missed sessions, are not refundable.
• Rescheduling: Tell us at least 6 hours before the start time and we'll move your session at no cost, subject to availability.
• If we have to cancel: You choose a new slot or a full refund.
• Refund timing: Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days. Bank processing times may vary.
