Our independence promise

For our advisory work, our fee comes from the buyer, not the builder, developer, seller or broker. We don't take commission for recommending a property, we disclose potential conflicts, and we may recommend not buying.

What that means in practice

• No referral commissions, lead fees, affiliate fees or marketing payments linked to what we recommend.
• No paid placements. No builder can pay to be featured or ranked in our research. If we ever carry advertising, it will be clearly labelled and kept separate from research.
• No sales targets or inventory to clear.
• We never sell or pass your details or buying intent to builders or brokers.
• If Abhinav has any personal or commercial connection to a property or party you ask about, he will tell you, and step back if it affects his independence.

Why it matters

When an advisor earns more if you buy, "wait" and "walk away" become expensive answers for them to give. A fixed, buyer-paid fee removes that pressure. Our session succeeds when your decision is better, whether or not you buy.
