What we collect

When you fill in a form or message us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, WhatsApp number, email, city, budget range, areas you're considering and your questions. Forms on this site are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, arrange and deliver your session, send your written summary and keep basic records of our work. We may use anonymised, non-identifying questions to decide what research to publish next.

What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your details or buying intent with builders, developers, brokers or anyone else for marketing.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information only as long as needed for these purposes and for legal or tax records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing contact.shanav@gmail.com.
