How we research

Our area guides are meant to be useful even if you never pay us. That means being clear about where each piece of information comes from, how old it is and how far you can trust it.

Every claim has a source type

Source typeWhat it means
OfficialGovernment, planning authority, utility, transport operator or regulator records, including government guidance values.
Developer publishedA developer's own price list, brochure or RERA disclosure. Useful, but it's a seller's claim.
Portal askingAsking prices or averages from listing portals. These are what sellers want, not what buyers paid.
ReportedJournalism and independent research reports.
Shanav estimateOur reasoned interpretation where direct evidence is thin, always labelled as such.

How we treat prices

How we label infrastructure

Operational running today · Under construction physically being built · Approved sanctioned or funded, not yet built · Proposed or Announced on paper or in speeches only.

No named projects, no paid placements

Our public guides don't rank or recommend builder projects. Project-level comparisons depend on your exact needs and on documents that change, so we cover them in one-to-one sessions.

Updates and corrections

Each guide shows when it was last reviewed. If you spot an error or have better evidence, email contact.shanav@gmail.com. We'll check it and correct the guide if needed.
