Frequently asked questions
Is it better to buy in an established area or a growth corridor in Bengaluru?
Established areas cost more but give you working roads, schools, hospitals and resale demand today. Growth corridors cost less but depend on infrastructure that may be delayed, and resale can be slow. If you will live there within two years, prioritise what already works; if you are holding land for 8–10 years, a corridor can make sense after careful approval checks.
Why do apartment prices vary so much within one Bengaluru locality?
Prices differ by builder reputation, distance from the main road or metro, saleable-to-carpet efficiency, launch versus resale, and amenities. Always compare price per carpet square foot and the all-in cost, not the advertised rate.
