Our service

The Buyer Clarity Session is a 60-minute consultation on one property decision, followed by a one-page written summary within 3 days. It's decision support and general guidance based on information available at the time and on what you tell us.

What the service is not

It's not a legal title opinion, document certification, valuation, structural or engineering inspection, tax advice, loan advice, or a guarantee of any price, return, approval or infrastructure timeline. You should get an independent property lawyer's opinion before paying any significant amount for a property.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information and share documents you have the right to share. Final purchase decisions, and all payments to sellers or developers, are your own.

Independence

We don't receive commission from builders, sellers or brokers for advisory work. See our independence promise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
